161 Castlereagh St.

EWFW took a concept, provided to them as D&C documentation, and turned this idea into a reality at 161 Castelreagh St. The building is now the Sydney headquarters for ANZ and Herbert Smith Freehills. Like most projects in Sydney, 161 Castlereagh proved to be quite a challenge. EWFW was involved in the initial project design which included the first fully pumped OSD approved by Sydney Water for a project of this size.
